Louis-Simon Faure graduated with a diploma from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises Amiens-Picardie (Business School with major Management of companies, a School certified AACSB, EFMD and conférence des Grandes Ecoles). He spent one year at the Dortmund University.

Thanks to his operational and strategic functions within two multinational companies leaders in their industries, Louis-Simon Faure has led his career into the recruitment world. He was responsible for a leading  anglo-saxon recruiting consultancy before founding LeaderIA International Search.

His professional network is strong: he is the Vice-President of the Association MarsXchange, ( dedicated to current and former employees of the group Mars – network of which he was President from 2007 to 2013.

As a Consultant, she deals with assessing the candidates while interviewing the best profiles in face-to-face, and with coordinating the strategy of the recruitment projects that she leads along with the search team.

She is responsible for the networking with clients/prospects and candidates through two brands (Entreprise & Réflexion and LeaderIA Network & Business Club), in particular to reinforce the business intelligence approach for the recruitment assignments.

Anne-Marie LEFEVRE – Senior Consultant – Head of Foodservice & Hospitality

After graduating from the St Quentin en Yvelines Hotel and Catering school, Anne-Marie Lefèvre began her career in catering and hospitality businesses, including Hôtel Lutétia and Potel & Chabot. There, she held various sales positions.

After 11 years at AJ Conseil recruiting firm, she joined LeaderIA International Search in order to develop the Foodservice & Hospitality practice.

With a perfect knowledge of the areas in which she operates as a senior consultant, she is in charge of customer relationship and candidate interviews. She also coordinates tactics for the recruitment projects she manages with the search team.

Curious and passionate about Hospitality and Gastronomy at large, Anne-Marie Lefèvre puts priority on carrying out her projects efficiently, with enthusiasm and rigor.

Nicolas Treussier manages the sourcing, the phone sorting and the interviewing process of the candidates. He regularly coordinates career supervision interviews and interactive workshops to give advice to people looking for a job or for a new dynamic for their careers.

Clémence BUGAJ – LeaderIA - Chargée de Recherche et de Développement Commercial

Clémence BUGAJ – Researcher and Business developer

Clemence BUGAJ received a Master Degree of marketing, tourism and hotels&catering from Toulouse Business School and has now a 10-year experience in these activities. She has thus dealt with different types of restauration, from collective to Parisian palaces.

She helps consultants to hunt for candidates and shortlist them.
She also supports the team with digital marketing subjects and largely takes part to LeaderIA’s visibility on social network.
Business development support and office management also belong to her job.

She speaks French and English.

Passionate about gastronomy and agrofood as such, Clémence has then a both global and specific vision of the jobs we recruit for you.

Thomas Cerda obtained a Diploma in international Business and then starts his career in working in restauration in France and abroad.

In 2019, he resumes his studies in human ressources with a Bachelor In combination between work and training.

As a researcher, Thomas Cerda helps to identify candidates and shortlist them over the phone. He supports the team all the recruiting process long.
Office management tasks are also managed by him.

He speaks French, English and Spanish.
