We carry out the search – find – select – integrate process by :
- Targeting the best employees in the market thanks to our economic intelligence approach : development of relevant hunting table according to our knowledge of the market and our identification of sectorial analogies.
- Selecting profiles by telephone and then with a physical interview with the support of personnality inventories (SOSIE, PfPI) and intellectual abilities (Raven’s Apm III, Watson Glaser III, Dat : Differencial Aptitude Test…)
- Accompanying you in the evaluation and decision-making (remenuration to be granted according to the market, evaluation of internal applications and feedback to candidates, managerial recommendations, etc.)
- Integration of new employee (quaterly integration follows-up until the end of the guarantee period and sometimes beyond)
