Becoming a Mission-driven Company is a process that Leaderia has been engaged in for several months now, starting in 2023 with the definition of our raison d’être:

The foundation of this commitment, based on the Pacte law (Action Plan for Business Growth and Transformation) is to rethink the role and responsibility of our organization within French society.
Leaderia was born from the alliance of two founding ideas:
- Leader because we recruit top-tier executive profiles using cutting-edge methods and an entrepreneurial approach.
- AI also stands for Agri-Food Industries, our initial specialization, which has shaped our initial added value. This expertise has now expanded “from the Earth to the Table”, incorporating the agricultural machinery and hotel-catering/hospitality sectors.
- Since then, our scope of expertise has expanded to include assessment centers, employee coaching, and talent development.
