Since 2004, Marguerite has been providing one-to-one career guidance to executives and managers (orientation, transition, evolution and professional development). She is also involved in teambuilding for management teams and designs and runs leadership training courses for major corporations.
She has 20 years’ experience in Human Resources as training manager, recruitment manager and HR director in international companies (Hermès Euler, KPMG-Peat Marwick, Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini). Senior outplacement consultant at EOS Conseil from 2006 to 2011, she created TaldeV, talent development in 2012.
She teaches at Sciences Po and Dauphine. She also runs job search workshops for alumni associations (Sciences Po, Arts et Métiers, Insead).
