Louis-Simon Faure holds a degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises d’Amiens-Picardie, including a year at the University of Dortmund.
He is also a certified Practitioner Coach & Team (CT) from Transformance Paris under Vincent Lehnardt (www.transformancepro.com) and is certified in SOSIE, MBTI, PfPI, 360, and TEAI from Editions Pearson TalentLens.
Louis-Simon is proficient in French, German, and English.
With his extensive experience in both operational and strategic roles within two leading multinational corporations, Louis-Simon shifted his focus to recruitment. He took on the responsibility of managing the Paris office of a prestigious Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm before founding LeaderIA International Search in 2009. With nearly 20 years of experience in advising businesses, he is an expert in executive recruitment, leadership coaching, and the optimization of internal organizational structures.
His professional network is robust; he served as President of the alumni association of the Mars Group from 2007 to 2013. He actively participates in numerous professional networks that facilitate the identification of analogies.
He authored “Le Recrutement Ethique – Bonnes pratiques pour une démarche responsable” published by Editions DUNOD in 2014, with a foreword by Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts. In 2017, Louis-Simon Faure published another book with Editions AFNOR titled “Entreprise et cabinet de recrutement – une coopération durable.”
