Louis-Simon Faure graduated with a diploma from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises Amiens-Picardie (Business School with major Management of companies, a School certified AACSB, EFMD and conférence des Grandes Ecoles). He spent one year at the Dortmund University.
Louis-Simon Faure is a consultant Coach&Team (CT) Transformance Paris “Vincent Lehnardt” (www.transformancepro.com) and certified SOSIE, PfPI and 360°, TEAI edited by Editions Pearson TalentLens.
He speaks French, German and English.
Thanks to his operational and strategic functions within two multinational companies leaders in their industries, Louis-Simon Faure has led his career into the recruitment world. He was responsible for a leading anglo-saxon recruiting consultancy before founding Leaderia.
His professional network is strong: he is the Vice-President of the Association MarsXchange, (www.marsXchange.fr) dedicated to current and former employees of the group Mars – network of which he was President from 2007 to 2013.
He actively takes part to several professional networks promoting the Identification of Analogies.
He wrote Le Recrutement Ethique – Bonnes pratiques pour une démarche responsable aux Editions DUNOD 2014 – Préface de Charles-Henri BESSEYRE DES HORTS.
