Quadrilingual and holding a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Intercultural Management and Communication from ISIT Paris, Anaïs Deleau has over ten years of experience in executive recruitment within the food ingredients, functional ingredients (PAI), and nutraceutical sectors.

She began her career as a Research Consultant and progressively strengthened her expertise in recruitment over the years, eventually taking responsibility for the Ingredients, Functional Ingredients (PAI), and Nutraceutical division within the firm.

On a daily basis, she leverages her sector knowledge to advise both clients and candidates, assesses applicants through face-to-face interviews, and coordinates the strategy of the recruitment projects she leads alongside the research team.

She supports companies in their recruitment efforts across France and Europe.
