Olivier Brutus obtained a Master Degree in Marketing at Neoma (with Honors) after having graduated from ESG and IUT Paris V with a Degree of Companies Management and administrations.

He is also certified Coach & Team (2006), DISC, TIPI Pro, PNL technician and Coach in Clarification. Accredited partner by the SF coach in 2010, he trained to Human Element, Appreciative Inquiry, systemic approach with Jacques-Antoine Malarewicz and neurosciences at the Institute of Neuroccognitivism as well.

Passionate coach, he brings support to managers and managing teams with complex and cross-cultural environments. For over 15 years, he has been developing companies’ key actors’ leadership and relation skills to allow them to face crisis and secure their actions with efficiency and serenity.

He also helps teams to pull together and enables easier collaborations to face strategic challenges and promote professionnal transitions while optimizing talents as outplacement expert.

Before being a coach, Olivier has developped business in international environments (Europe, Asia, North America, Middle East and Africa) as Sales & Marketing Director, Head of Business Units ou Managing Director for a subsidiary. Expatriated 4 times, he dealt with 3 major crisis at a European level and built bridges between departments for Darty and Philips in order to create value for the company and develop the people committment.

His significant professionnal network draws on his customers, friends and partners but also an intense associative life to encourage meaningful connections between people.
