A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Yvan has been working in the food industry sector for more than 20 years. During his career, he has held various positions in the field of commercial development and consumer marketing, mainly within large companies, leaders in their market. His experiences allowed him to understand the different food distribution circuits.

Since 2021, Yvan has specialized in supporting the commercial development of organic companies through consulting, training, and outsourced commercial services. It is also invested in supporting start-ups through incubators or accelerators.

He also represents the skills centers on the Board of Directors of the Bio Cluster, of which he is an active member. In addition to his activity, Yvan joined Leaderia at the beginning of 2024 to develop the Transition Management activity within agri-food companies in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
