Graduated from the St Quentin-en-Yvelines Hotel School, she starts her career in very renowed houses in the sector of caterers and receptions organizers. She first holds operational and sales functions in France and abroad and becomes responsible of business development and public relations.
Strong with 25 years of experience in business development and customers relations, evolving as a recruiter became obvious to her. Matching up the needs of the ones and the expectations of the others has always been her ambition.
She joins Leaderia in order to develop the sectors of events, catering, hospitality and tableware.
Thanks to a perfect understanding of environments for which she works as a consultant, she develops her customers portfolio and leads her projects of recruitments while assessing candidates and closely following-up her key accounts.
