Graduated with a Master of Work Psychology, Aurélien Vétault starts his career within a leading agrofood group.
For 6 years, he worked as a recruiter and evolved as a manager in sales, finance and marketing departments.
Involved and passionate about the development of organizations and People at work in France and abroad, he has joined Leaderia in order to create a customers portfolio, but also promote candidates and companies development on agrofood and life sciences areas.
As a recruiter, Aurélien is in charge of leading his projects while assessing candidates and supporting his customers during the whole assignment.
He actively participates to the right functioning of our consultancy through a subtle and relevant analysis of everybody’s expectations.
