n innovative method proposed by Leaderia for successful outplacement or professional transition. What are the key approaches to ensure the success of an outplacement mission?
The role of the outplacement firm is crucial. The success of the mission depends on their ability to support individuals in achieving a rapid and sustainable return to employment.
To achieve a successful professional transition, Leaderia’s approach is based on four dimensions:
- A fully committed project team: The engagement and dedication of the project team is a critical factor in mission success.
- Assessment at the start of outplacement: Conducting a personal and professional assessment of the candidate to identify their strengths and priorities.
- Modular support with a tailored approach: Providing a combination of core program components and customized sessions. Together with the candidate, we build a flexible five-step support plan to offer tailored guidance and support.
- Career follow-up: Scheduling a meeting within 18 months after starting a new position to ensure a smooth integration and alignment with the candidate’s expectations.
The mission team comprises a multidisciplinary group to provide diverse perspectives on the candidate, their environment, and available opportunities. Our project teams include:
- An experienced transition coach deeply rooted in the business world, with extensive knowledge of its challenges and issues.
- Two supporting coaches offering complementary perspectives, ensuring objectivity.
- Recruitment consultants bringing market and industry expertise, such as evaluation, interview coaching, personal branding, and sector-specific knowledge.
We offer three different service packages based on candidate needs and mission duration:
- Job Focus: 2 to 4 months, including 12 hours of individual coaching.
- Job Boost: 6 to 8 months, including 23 hours of individual coaching.
- Premium Job: 9 to 12 months, including 30 hours of individual coaching
