In the context of Covid, not the easiest for recruitment, the word support has therefore taken on its full meaning. I met a person who knew his client’s needs and his environment perfectly. The recruitment interview was a real constructive and motivating exchange, knowing how to adapt to each other's constraints, with patience, understanding and decoding during the different stages. This support allowed me to project myself into the position with the greatest ease. This relationship was also effective due to the exemplary responsiveness of Anaïs and the firm.
