Graduated from ISTEC – School of Business and Marketing, Marion Lindas began her career in the fields of marketing and communication. She then joined the Accor Group in 2011, followed by Best Western France, where she strengthened her expertise in the hospitality industry.
For more than ten years, she held commercial and operational responsibilities within 4-star hotels and also contributed to the creation of the brand Les HÔdacieux, an original initiative designed to offer clients unique experiences in distinctive venues.
In 2025, Marion joined Leaderia International Search to strengthen the Hospitality & Catering division, with the aim of leveraging her hands-on experience and professional network to serve the firm’s clients in a constantly evolving sector.
