Stéphanie Vexiau joined Leaderia in December 2024 to head up the search division, one of the firm’s key areas of expertise, where she is responsible for supervising search managers and increasing sourcing.
With a DEUG in History, she has spent her entire career in HR consulting and recruitment. Initially in charge of candidate management at Hudson Recruitment Process Outsourcing (2000-2003), before joining Ematch Consulting, she founded ORSEA in 2008, which supports organizations in their HR strategy and generalist recruitment.
