Je suis expert dans le domaine de l\u2019organisation et des responsabilit\u00e9s de la Supply Chain, des Achats et de la Logistique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mon savoir-faire s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur des grands projets chez des clients fran\u00e7ais comme les Chantiers de l\u2019Atlantique et Naval Group et \u00e0 l\u2019international comme Costa ou MSC, ce qui m\u2019a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 pratiquer l\u2019anglais de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et \u00e0 manager des \u00e9quipes multiculturelles dans nos usines en Chine et aux Etats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Homme de terrain et op\u00e9rationnel, je pilote le processus de la Supply Chain, depuis la gestion du carnet de commandes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la livraison au client final, en prenant en charge la coordination des activit\u00e9s administration des ventes, approvisionnement, planification, ordonnancement, stocks et facturation avec un objectif constant d\u2019optimisation du rapport co\u00fbt-qualit\u00e9-d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ma derni\u00e8re mission chez Bergams<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suite aux d\u00e9parts successifs des pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs, puis des absences prolong\u00e9es des responsables de quai, j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 chez Bergams un audit de l\u2019existant et \u00e9mis des pr\u00e9conisations d\u2019am\u00e9lioration destin\u00e9es \u00e0 obtenir la performance demand\u00e9e par la direction du site et du Groupe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans les faits, ma t\u00e2che principale fut de manager, d\u2019accompagner et de faire monter en comp\u00e9tences l\u2019\u00e9quipe (essentiellement compos\u00e9e de pr\u00e9parateurs de commandes, chargeurs, caristes, chauffeurs et chefs de quai) afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les processus et d\u2019augmenter leur productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mon avis sur le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaderia.com\/management-de-transition\/\">Management de Transition<\/a>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de mettre \u00e0 profit ses comp\u00e9tences au service d\u2019une entreprise dans un d\u00e9lai court apr\u00e8s avoir pris connaissance des souhaits de la direction, en \u00e9tant op\u00e9rationnel d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la mission, quelle que soit la situation.
