How do I stop going through these processes?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">From the beginning of the recruitment process, ask what the steps will be and what the expected time frame is.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Be transparent about your needs (geography, remuneration, organization, etc.) and compare them with the possibilities of the company. <\/span><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">You will save precious time by avoiding going into processes to withdraw at the last moment by discovering a mismatch.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Make the effort to project yourself into the position in a concrete way.
