After having passed a job interview, the first reflex is to enter into a passive expectation of an answer, considering that the ball is now in the court of the recruiter. Yet this is where it all comes down to… So what to do after an interview?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Do not forget at the end of the interview to ask what are the next steps in the process, what is the timing, under which mode you can come back to the recruiter: this is often the opportunity to obtain a lot of information, or even already some answers on the selection of your application.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Take the time to re-read the interview: how did it go? How do you feel? Do you see yourself working with this company, this person? What are the gaps between your profile and the challenges of the position? What may be the elements of doubt on your side and that of the recruiter? What can you do to fix it? What questions do you have left? <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Thank the person who received you. This is an opportunity to show your motivation, but also to clarify or clarify certain points. – If the answer is slow in coming, follow up without being too insistent (hence the importance of asking for an idea of \u200b\u200bthe deadlines at the end of the interview, which will allow you to follow up in an appropriate way) <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Be transparent: express your points of doubt, brakes, and your timing constraints \u2013 it is important that the company knows them in order to be able to respond to them and adapt to them if your profile interests them.<\/span><\/p>\n
