François Lefebvre
Sales Director
A graduate of ISTEC, François Lefebvre initially worked for around twenty years in Sales & Marketing roles within the Automotive Aftermarket, both in France and internationally.
He primarily held positions as Marketing Director, Sales Director, Subsidiary Director, and General Manager within large groups and mid-sized companies such as Shell, Honeywell, Wynn’s, Fiat, Facom, and BASF.
In 2010, he became a Transition Manager, taking on assignments related to Transformation, Turnaround, and Interim Management, particularly in Agricultural Cooperatives such as Euralis and d’Aucy. He joined Leaderia in November 2024 as Commercial Director of the Transition Management Division for the agriculture and agri-food sectors.
A Reserve Officer, he values human dimensions, has contagious energy, a strong sense of values, and a passion for individual and collective achievement.
