In 2009, after two successful experiences working for leading manufacturers and a first step as an Executive Search & Selection consultant, Louis-Simon Faure created LeaderIA.
His goal in creating this consultancy was to make sense of the increasing complexity of the global business world and turn it into opportunities for both companies and professionals.
For 10 years now, LeaderIA’s team has been taking up this challenge by recruiting and accompanying leading top executives in Agriculture & Agro-food industries, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Technical industries and, more recently,Foodservice & Hospitality.
Beyond building bridges between all these fields through Analogy Identification, our activities have been bringing about a virtuous circle of new employment creation.
LeaderIA was certified ISO 9001 and signed the Charter of Diversity in 2012. It became a member of the SYNTEC and signatory of the Charter of Responsible Recruitment in 2015. “Le Recrutement Ethique” (“Ethical Recruitment”), by Louis-Simon Faure, was published by Éditions Dunod (https://numerique.dunod.com/356321/Le-recrutement-ethique-et-responsable.ebook). LeaderIA integrated a CRM with cutting edge technics in 2016. We took part to the creation of the International Agribusiness Recruitment Alliance (IARA) in 2017, opening up a whole new range of possibilities for our contacts in Europe.
In 2018, LeaderIA became LeaderIA International Search and created a disruptive concept, Talent Fit Solution® (https://www.leaderia.com/le-concept/?lang=en).
2019 has already seen the creation of a new specialization, Foodservice & Hospitality…
…And all along, the team kept growing, from 1 to 7 employees on full-time permanent contracts.
Moreover, helping our customers to recruit the right professionals – matching their corporate cultures and strategies – enables the creation of real added-value, successes, and, as a result, new jobs.
